Warranty and Returns


TWIL will guarantee all seams, zippers and workmanship from manufacturing defects for 3 months from the original date of purchase. If at any time within that timeframe a seam gives out or causes a leak from your leather lounger (from normal use) simply contact us directly with images of the damage and a copy of your original purchase receipt. TWIL will do our very best to repair or replace the product in question. We stand behind the quality and workmanship of our products and want our customers to be fully satisfied with their purchase. 

The warranty does not cover:

  • Products which have been subjected to abuse, accident, alteration or modification, tampering, negligence, misuse, or lack of reasonable care; 
  • Damage due to act of God, or cosmetic damage; 
  • Refurbished, Displayed products, or Factory seconds.

Should you be in any way dissatisfied with the product, you may 

Return the product within seven (7) days from the date of receiving to get a refund minus 25% of the purchase price of the product on the invoice (being administrative charges) subject to clause (a) & (b): 

(a) Goods returned are in good condition and are not damaged in any way, be it cosmetic or otherwise. 
(b) Good faith has been shown and there is reasonable cause for the return.

TWIL reserves the right to refund all or part of the money relating to the purchased product depending on its judgment of the condition of the product returned.  You must contact TWIL directly to start any refund process. 

Always follow manufacturers cleaning, care and assembly instructions. 

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping cost for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund. If you are shipping items back, we recommend you use a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. As you can understand, guarantee of receipt of your parcel cannot be provided by us as its out of our hands.
